The ZJ50/3150D land drilling rig is DC drive, max drilling depth is 5000m.The
rated input power of the drawworks is 1500 HP, the rated power of of each of the three
drilling pumps is 1600HP, max static hook load is 3150kN. The 37-1/2"
rotary table is independently driven. Until today, there are more than one
hundred of such rigs operating throughout the world. ZJ50/3150D proved to be
high-efficient, reliable, with low running costs.
The rig includes the following equipment:
derrick, substructure, block hook, swivel, rotary table, drilling floor equipment, generators, silicon controlled rectifier, pumps, BOP (70MPa), mud system, fuel and water tanks, operation tools
